SALES MANAGER – FULL TIME
This position will primarily focus on booking new and repeat events for the Gas South Convention Center. This position will report to the Director of Sales. Our ideal candidate will be a driven individual with a Catering & Sales background who understands the importance of collaborating with our local CVB and internal team within Gas South District.

REVENUE RECONCILIATION ANALYST – FULL TIME
Gas South District is looking for a full-time Revenue Reconciliation Analyst. Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, and in liaison with the Senior Event Accountant, this person would work closely with the ticket office and accounting staff to reconcile revenue and ticket components for concerts and other events. This is an extremely analytical role requiring extended periods of time focused on numbers, revenues, and reports. Must have experience with Python and Anaconda Navigator.

ARENA OPERATIONS CREW – PART TIME
Gas South District is looking for part-time Arena setup staff. Duties include setting up and tearing down flooring, turf, hockey glass, dasher boards as well as other related sporting event equipment, and setting staging, barricades, tables and other furnishings and equipment related to concerts or family shows. Job required heavy lifting & a high degree of physical exertion. Must be able to work extended/irregular hours including nights, weekends & holidays.

GATE GUARD – PART TIME
Gas South District is looking for part-time Gate Guards to act as security and verify that all employees, visitors, and contractors arriving at the security gate are authorized to enter the property and park in the back of house by checking credentials and/or approved guest lists. Other responsibilities include controlling back of house traffic, directing visitors to the proper loading docks and parking areas, monitoring security cameras, keeping constant vigilance of activity on and around the security gate area, coordinating the arrival/departure of emergency vehicles, and answering telephone and radio calls. Must be able to communicate in a professional and friendly manner and be able to manage multiple events/tasks on the property at any given time.

SECURITY OFFICER - PART TIME
Gas South District is looking for part-time Security Officers. Under the general supervision of the Security Manager, patrol assigned territory to protect patrons and property. Position requires previous security experience, dependable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. Must pass a background check; work extended/irregular hours including nights, weekends & holidays; have excellent customer service skills; and be able to use Windows-based computer programs. Must also meet the physical demands of this position, which include getting in and around the facility (requires personal mobility), lifting, carrying, moving, climbing, and exposure to moderate to loud noises.
