The Good Neighbor Project is our community engagement program — created to turn that belief into action. As a gathering place for our region, we know our role extends beyond hosting events. We have the opportunity — and the responsibility — to use our platform, our space, and our people to strengthen the community we all call home.

Through intentional partnerships, hands-on volunteerism, and thoughtful storytelling, we shine a light on the good across our region. Staff, partners, and neighbors come together to serve, celebrate, and grow side by side.

Each focus area is supported through partnerships with trusted community organizations.
NEIGHBORHOOD HEROES
We recognize and support those who dedicate their lives to serving others — first responders, military members, veterans, teachers, and healthcare professionals. Through appreciation initiatives, storytelling, and hands-on service, we celebrate their commitment and provide tangible support.
NEIGHBORS IN NEED
We walk alongside individuals and families facing challenges such as homelessness, food insecurity, and limited access to essential resources. Through volunteer efforts, drives, and nonprofit partnerships, we work to ensure every neighbor feels seen, supported, and valued
NEIGHBORS OF TOMORROW
We invest in young people through education access, workforce readiness, youth development, and care for at-risk youth.
This work centers on opening doors and strengthening pathways toward a confident future.
