Gas South District is looking for a full-time Building Engineer (Electrical Specialist) to perform a variety of skilled and unskilled activities involved in the operation and maintenance of the facility’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and general operations with a significant emphasis on electrical systems and equipment. Some technical support school or advanced electrical or refrigeration courses preferred. Must be able to work a rotating shift including evenings, weekends & holidays.

Gas South District is looking for a full-time Convention Center Operations Manager to coordinate, supervise, and manage personnel, subcontractors, and the daily activities involved in the successful execution of events and maintenance of the facility. This person must have previous experience in operations; be service oriented; have excellent customer service skills; have knowledge of production terms; and be able to use Windows-based computer programs especially Microsoft Word and Excel. May work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. This person must also meet the physical demands of this position, which include being able to get in and around the facility (requires personal mobility), lifting, carrying, moving, climbing, and making moderate to loud noises. Experience in staffing for events is a plus.

Gas South District is seeking a full-time Arena Event Manager to assist the Arena Operations Departmentin all aspects of events including planning, client integration, coordination, and distribution of information within the facility, client follow-up, invoicing, and billing. Interested candidates should be team-oriented and enthusiastic. Additional skills include staff supervision, drawing room diagrams, client interaction, invoicing, and billing. AutoCAD, Excel, Microsoft Word programs used. Must have excellent customer service, organizational, analytical and communication skills and be very detail oriented. Previous work experience in Arenas or working with sports teams is a plus. Must be able to work extended/irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Under general supervision of the Information Systems Manager, responsible for the day-to-day support of Gas South District’s network environments. Plan and manage the installation, configuration and tuning of all network infrastructure. Perform a wide variety of technical duties which include, but are not limited to, root cause analysis, network design, network hardware installation, documentation, maintenance, and repair/upgrade of hardware and software. The Network Engineer is required to be on call after hours and weekends on a schedule. Responsible for managing, in concert with the other members of the IT Department, helpdesk tickets and desktop support. Meraki experience is a plus.

Gas South District is seeking a full-time Technical Services Manager to oversee the technical services aspects of the facilities’ events and equipment. This person will evaluate and organize staffing needs, time allotment and material/equipment required for events and day-to-day operations of facilities electrical and Audio-Visual needs. Will also collaborate with the technical services team in each building to provide support for the events and to ensure completion of tasks and desired effects throughout load-ins, rehearsals, shows, and loadouts, and oversee and maintain building lighting, sound, and audio-visual systems, and equipment. Must be able to work extended/irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Gas South District is looking for a full-time Ticketing Operations Specialist to provide technical support to the Gas South District ticketing team. The Ticketing Operations Specialist will assist with programming shows, overseeing ticketing technology, and facilitating financial reports. This person will perform a variety of administrative and operational support to the facility, department, and ticket office staff. Experience with data / inventory management is ideal, but willingness to work in complicated systems is necessary.
