August 10, 2018

  • Storm drainage work has been completed.
  • Underground utilities directly in front of the Forum should conclude late next week (weather permitted).
  • Road Detour is underway.
  • Vehicle egress from B4 and ADA parking under the pedestrian bridge (“horseshoe” driveway), must exit through B4 lot and turn left towards Sugarloaf Parkway in order to exit the property.
  • Driveway in front of the Forum is still temporarily closed. Should reopen by the end of next week.
  • In the meantime, traffic from Satellite Blvd entrance will continue to detour through the Forum parking lot.
    • Parking Option 1: Guests can park in B3 and exit right out of the lot towards Sugarloaf Pkwy.
    • Parking Option 2: Guests can park in B4 lot and exit back through B4 lot to exit left towards Sugarloaf Pkwy.
    • Parking Option 3: Guests will park in A1 and exit right out of the lot towards Sugarloaf Pkwy.
  • Once the main Forum driveway is open, the temporary road will close and fenced off for parking deck construction.
  • Temporary parking lots will remain open for general parking needs – Lots B4, D1 and D2 (see parking map for reference).
  • Forum ADA parking will still be available under the pedestrian bridge (“horseshoe” driveway).
  • Parking deck #2 is scheduled to begin in October 2018. Location is North end of B Lot. Once construction begins, parking Lot B3 will be closed.

  • Egress from B4 and ADA parking under the pedestrian bridge (“horseshoe” driveway), must exit through B4 lot and turn left towards Sugarloaf Parkway in order to exit the property.
  • Driveway in front of the Forum will be temporarily closed for 5-6 weeks.
  • Traffic from Satellite Blvd entrance will detour through the Forum parking lot.
  • Parking Option 1: Guests can park in B3 and exit right out of the lot towards Sugarloaf Pkwy
  • Parking Option 2: Guests can park in B4 lot and exit back through B4 lot to exit left towards Sugarloaf Pkwy
  • Parking Option 3: Guests will park in A1 and exit right out of the lot towards Sugarloaf Pkwy.
  • Reminders:
    • Main parking directly across from the Forum is closed for construction.
