Gas South District Introduces Good Neighbor Project to Support Local Nonprofits and Community Impact
DULUTH, Ga. — March 23, 2026 — Gas South District announced the launch of the Good Neighbor Project, a new initiative designed to strengthen community partnerships and expand the organization’s commitment to supporting local nonprofits and community impact throughout the region.
The Good Neighbor Project brings together Gas South District’s charitable efforts, community partnerships and volunteer initiatives under one unified platform. The initiative focuses on three key areas: Neighborhood Heroes, recognizing individuals who serve, protect, teach and heal in our communities; Neighbors in Need, supporting nonprofits addressing urgent community challenges; and Neighbors of Tomorrow, investing in programs that support youth and the next generation of leaders.
Gas South District introduced the initiative during a preview event for special guests on March 19, offering an early look at the program and the vision guiding its community impact efforts.
“The Good Neighbor Project reflects the heart of this organization — and the belief that if we have the privilege of bringing people together, then we also have the responsibility to strengthen the community around us,” said Stan Hall, CEO of Gas South District.
Through the Good Neighbor Project, Gas South District will continue working alongside nonprofit partners to elevate their missions, increase awareness of their work and create meaningful opportunities for collaboration and community impact.
