Non-Event Day Parking Rates: Event Day Parking Rates:           
0-30 min: FREE $5.00 - $10.00* 
30 min -12 hrs: $5.00  
12-24 hrs: $20.00  
Over-sized Vehicles (non-buses): $25.00

Event parking rates typically go into effect 2 hours prior to the start of the event.

Method of Payment: Credit/Debit Card ONLY

Campus Map

Arena Guests: Use Lot A and Deck 2. Arena event parking in those lots typically begins two (2) hours before the scheduled event time. Valet parking may be available for select events. 
Convention Center Guests: Use Deck 1 and Deck 2.
Theater Guests: Use Lot C and Deck 1.

Please note that the parking options and opening times may vary depending on the event.

Valet Parking

Valet services cost $25.00* per vehicle.

Please note: Valet services may not be available for all events. Spaces are limited and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Ride Gwinnett

Parking Tips

As you plan your visit to Gas South District®, here are a few parking tips you should know before you go.

  1. Prepay for parking.  This will save time at the parking areas, and ensure a space.  Pre-paid parking passes can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com or GasSouthDistrict.com  under the specific event you plan to attend. 
  2. Arrive early.  Arriving early will provide you with time to park and go through security.
  3. Have your parking pass ready.  If you have pre-paid for parking, print your parking pass or have it ready on your mobile phone to present it to the parking attendant.

Event Parking

  • Event parking rates typically go into effect 2 hours prior to the start of the event.
  • Rates will vary by event and by the venue.
  • All parking passes are valid for a single-vehicle space.
  • Parking passes are encouraged to be purchased in advance at Ticketmaster.com or GasSouthDistrict.com  by clicking on the specific event you plan to attend.  Pre-paid passes must be presented when entering the lot either via hard copy or mobile.
  • Paid parking options are available on-premise.

Payment Options

  • Event Day Parking will be charged as you enter the parking areas.
    • The method of payment is credit/debit card ONLY.
    • We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Non-Event Day Parking will be charged as you exit the parking areas. 
    • Pay-by-foot kiosks, including a cash station, are located at the elevator lobby on Level 3 of Deck #1 and on Level 1 of Deck #2.
    • Once you pay at the kiosk, you have a 10 minute grace period to exit the deck.
    • Parking can also be paid at the gate pay stations as you exit the decks by credit/debit card ONLY.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

We offer on-campus electric charging stations for our guests’ convenience. The stations are located in Lot A1, in Deck 1 on levels P1, P4, and P6 and in Deck 2 on levels P1, P3, and P5. 

Electric vehicle charging costs a flat fee of $5.85 for four (4) hours of charging. To charge your vehicle, scan the QR code on the charging station and pay online using card only. 

Rideshare Services

Rideshare pick-up location is outside the Arena in the A5 parking lot. Please refer to the map below for exact location. A staging area for all services including Uber, Lyft, taxi, and limo will be located in this area.

Directions

Traveling North on I-85

If you are traveling on Interstate-85 going northbound, take Sugarloaf Parkway, Exit 108, and turn right onto Sugarloaf Parkway. Cross over Satellite Boulevard and Gas South District will be on your left.

Alternate Route

If you are traveling on Interstate-85 going northbound, take GA-120 West towards Duluth, Exit 105. Turn right on Satellite Blvd. and Gas South District® will be on your left.

Traveling South on I-85

If you are traveling on Interstate-85 going southbound, take Sugarloaf Parkway/Old Peachtree, Exit 109. Follow the signs for Sugarloaf Parkway and turn right. Cross over Satellite Boulevard and Gas South District® will be on your left.

Alternate Route

If you are traveling on Interstate-85 going southbound, take Sugarloaf Parkway/Old Peachtree, Exit 109. Follow the signs for Old Peachtree and turn right. Turn left onto Satellite Blvd. Cross over Sugarloaf Parkway and Gas South District® will be on your right.

From the Gwinnett Place Mall

If you are traveling from Gwinnett Place Mall, take Satellite Boulevard north for approximately two and a half miles. Gas South District® will be on your left.

From Gas South District® to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport

Gas South District is approximately 45 minutes north of Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

To get to Gas South District:

Merge onto Interstate-85 going northbound. When entering downtown Atlanta, keep left to stay onto Interstate-85. Take Sugarloaf Parkway, Exit 108, and turn right onto Sugarloaf Parkway. Cross over Satellite Boulevard and Gas South District will be on your left.

To get to Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport:

Go southbound on Interstate-85 towards downtown Atlanta. Take Camp Creek Parkway, Exit 72 towards Atlanta Airport/Camp Creek Parkway. Stay on Camp Creek Parkway approximately 2 miles. Follow signs for parking/incoming/departing airlines.
